Raymond Barbour, the heart and soul behind K.O.'S Port-a-Pit, discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 5, learning the ropes from his mother in the kitchen.
Fueled by a deep love for BBQ and the power of food to bring people together, Raymond set out to build a business that would reflect these values. Since founding K.O.'S, his mission has remained clear: to serve up mouthwatering food at prices that everyone can enjoy.

HOW CAN I FIND YOUR FOOD?
You can find our BBQ to-go at our weekly pop-up. Our pop-up takes place at: 919 OLIVE STREET,

CAN I HIRE YOU AS A PRIVATE CHEF FOR AN EVENT?
Yes! We are happy to come and cook directly in your home or event space.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING DELIVERY?
We do! For a small fee, our team will deliver your food directly to you. This fee covers our transportation time.
DO YOU PROVIDE EVENT SET-UP OR SERVICE?
Yes - If you are interested in event set-up or during-meal service and prep, let us know at the time of your inquiry. Similar to delivery, any onsite set-up or service is an additional charge to your food total.
DO YOU TAKE SPECIAL FOOD REQUESTS?
Speciality menus are what we do best! We will sit down with you to make sure we’ve created the best food spread for your gathering. Simply let us know about any special needs.
